Girls Who Invest’s Investor Circles — GWI’s newest career development offering — is a dynamic, six-month program designed to empower and advance early-career Alumni working in Investment Management (IM).

The program will bring together Alumni with up to 3 years of experience into select groups of 10 peers, with bi-monthly sessions led and facilitated by industry leaders and additional opportunities to connect with others.

Would you participate in early career, facilitated peer-learning discussion groups similar to the program described above?

Investor Leadership Program

The Investor Leadership Program is designed to empower and advance women and gender nonbinary individuals in Investment Management (IM). The program will include skill development, relationship expansion, and professional confidence-building, ultimately strengthening the investment management industry and its performance through your vision and efforts.

The program will bring together a select cohort of 50 Alumni with an average of 4 years of experience for a 3-day in-person intensive in conjunction with an academic partner to be named, followed by six months of continued hybrid community support and learning.

Would you participate in a hybrid leadership development initiative for mid-career investors similar to the program described above?
